I aim to post orders within 10 working days. Depending on weight and size, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service for all orders within UK. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is processed.
Return Policy
To return or exchange an item, please email vickyyinghuang@gmail.com or use the contact page within 14 days of the initial delivery attempt. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package items securely and use a tracked service. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
